rnnnThere are some conveying applications that simply demand curves, such as projects that must maintain a leading edge. mk offers curved conveyors in a variety of different platforms.nnnnrn

nnAbove is an example of our KGF-P 2040 flat belt curved conveyor in 180°, available in angles of 90° and 180° as standards and all other angles in-between (based on application). Other features include; usable widths of up to 600 mm, payloads of up to 65 pounds and speeds up to 100 fpm. These conveyors are typically available in an eight week lead time. Special configurations are available upon request.nnnnrn

mk’s MBF-P 2040.01 platform is based around modular plastic belting, which is a rugged conveying medium that allows multiple bends, curves and elevation changes in a continuous path. They are typically rated for heavier loads, faster speeds and accumulation. Minimum bend radii and in-feed/discharge lengths must be minded when considering this platform for an application. These conveyors are available in as little as six weeks.nn

mk conveyor RBT-P 2255, Tangential roller chain curve conveyors, are available in usable widths up to 605 mm and are capable of conveying loads of up to 220 pounds/90°. These conveyors are readily reversible with no adjustments required and can be fitted with stands and side rails to suit your application requirements. Normal lead time for these conveyors is eight weeks.nnnnrn

SRT-P 2005 carousel conveyors are available with a 100 mm wide frame, running plastic chain only and recirculating paths based around a positive displacement drive disk. The advantage of this platform is the required lower chain lengths since there is no underside return.nnTurns available in 90° and 180°.nnThis conveyor can be readily fitted with pallet handling devices, such as escapements, lifts and locates.nn

SBF-P 2254 flat top chain conveyors are available in 100 mm and 130 mm widths. They feature many chain mediums to choose from, such as stainless steel, carbon steel and several engineered plastics. Products can be conveyed directly on this medium or pallets can be used. Turn radii from 200 mm to 610 mm are available depending on the load, speed and width configurations of the application.nnThese conveyors can be shipped in as little as six weeks.
