Versatile Design
rnnnModul Con conveyors are designed using ANSI hollow pin chain running its edge. Various shape pallet, attachments and/or fixtures are bolted to the chain at intervals specific to the application’s needs. The attachments can be supplied by the customer or designed, built, and installed prior to shipping by mk. Further adding to the modularity of this system, the chain is available in ½-inch, ¾-inch or 1-inch pitch. Attachments are added at a spacing compatible with the chain pitch and boost the possibility of changing the attachment spacing in the future. Attachments can range in size from 1-inch diameter up to 36-inch square.nnrnnnrn
Configurable Layouts
rnnnThese conveyors are not limited to running in a carousel fashion. They can be configured in any number of ways including U and Z shapes, thanks to both 90° and 180° bend options. Also adaptable to each specific application the radii of the bends can vary from 4-inches up to 16-inches. This system is designed to maintain the leading edge of the pallet making it the system of choice in applications where product orientation is critical.nnrnnnrn
Durable & Energy Efficient

In fact, these conveyors have been deployed in some of the toughest environments around, including the desert battlefields. But don’t let that fool you, these systems are also known for carrying small, delicate parts like glass tea-light holders.nnrnnnDriven via a single gearmotor, mk’s Modul Con system is also energy efficient. Unlike typical asynchronous pallet systems, which require a motor for each direction change plus various pneumatic elements, the gearmotor on the Modul Con drives a single sprocket which powers the entire system.
